Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with the company’s downstream business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, set sales targets, and define KPIs to achieve strategic goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the downstream sector.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with multinational clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance team capabilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Develop initiatives to increase market share and expand the client base.
  • Oversee the sales budget, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
